Upload this ZIP intact through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. Do not upload this text file as a plugin. It contains the full approved homepage, both videos, all images, shop preview and separate women's/men's CREST product previews. No external Sites login or iframe is required. The existing homepage was observed in Elementor as page 22087, Kevin Allwood; verify the current Reading setting rather than assuming this is still the assigned page. 2. Upload ALLWOOD-Homepage-WordPress.zip and activate ALLWOOD Homepage Preview. Activation registers a template and Tools screen only. It does not create/replace a page or change Reading settings. 3. Open Tools > ALLWOOD Homepage. Click Create separate draft preview. This authenticated, nonce-protected action creates a NEW draft page titled ALLWOOD Home Preview and assigns the ALLWOOD — Editorial Homepage template. It opens the draft preview. The same Tools screen can reopen it later. 4. Stay logged into WordPress to view the draft. Other clients cannot open an unpublished preview just by receiving its URL. 5. Review with Kevin before any publication or homepage switch. Do not edit or overwrite page 22087, the ART plugin, theme files or existing navigation menus. Internal navigation should retain the new page/preview URL using allwood_screen=index|shop|crest-hoodie|crest-hoodie-men plus category/view query values. Confirm ART, ORIGINS and MUSIC existing URLs work: /art/, /origins/, /bfm/. The handoff has not verified those live destinations in this session. Check desktop and mobile overflow, captions, scroll pause/stopping and footer. Check browser console and network for missing assets or JavaScript errors. Check there is no duplicate Elementor header or theme styling. COMMERCE STATUS — RESOLVE BEFORE PUBLIC LAUNCH This is the approved design prototype, not a connected Shopify/WooCommerce checkout. CREST is displayed at CAD 275; the bag explicitly says it is a preview and no order has been placed. Eyewear/sandals are coming soon. Do not imply checkout is active. Before making this the public homepage, agree with Kevin whether shop links should remain explicitly preview/coming soon, route to a verified existing shop, or be connected to real commerce. No destinations or payment integration have been invented here. AFTER KEVIN APPROVES THE PREVIEW Resolve the commerce status above. In render.php, remove the global noindex header/meta for the public homepage only when approved for indexing; keep draft/preview pages noindex. Review SEO title/description, canonical URL, analytics and any required consent integration. This isolated template intentionally does not call wp_head/wp_footer, so theme/SEO/analytics plugin output is not injected automatically. Publish the new page, then select it under Settings > Reading as the static homepage. Preserve the recorded posts-page setting. Do not delete or overwrite the original homepage. Purge the relevant cache only after the switch, and verify logged-out homepage and ART on desktop/mobile. The plugin must stay active while the new page uses its template. Future design updates are plugin/source updates, not Elementor edits. ROLLBACK Restore the exact previous Settings > Reading values recorded before installation. Verify the original homepage loads, then optionally deactivate this plugin. Do not deactivate it while its page is still assigned as the homepage. No uninstall routine deletes pages or media. The original pages remain intact. UPLOAD SIZE This contains the actual videos and high-resolution source images. If WordPress rejects the ZIP due to upload limits, report the displayed limit. Do not install an arbitrary file-manager plugin or alter server limits without a supported route. An assets-separated package can be prepared if needed. VALIDATION AND LIMITS Packaged assets checked against the recovered source. JavaScript syntax and WordPress URL-routing behavior checked locally. The source HTML/CSS/media are preserved. This environment has no PHP interpreter or access to Kevin's WordPress browser session.
